Martha D. Sidlo

Ms. Sidlo is experienced in commercial real estate transactions. Her practice emphasizes representing Seller/Servicers and DUS lenders in Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae multifamily loan originations, and representing loan servicers in loan assumptions and other matters that arise during the term of a loan. She also drafts and negotiates real estate documents such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and deeds. She complements the firm's practice with her abilities in Spanish. Ms. Sidlo was a shareholder at Young deNormandie, P.C. and is a founding member of deNormandie, Sidlo & Associates PLLC. Ms. Sidlo attended the College of Law at the University of Costa Rica in San Jose, Costa Rica, and is a graduate of the University of the Pacific's McGeorge School of Law.
