Robert (“Pete”) de Normandie

In his practice Mr. deNormandie emphasized the structuring of complex business and real estate transactions, real estate financing and leasing, real property development and land use, and tax consulting and planning. He is now retired.

In his capacity as a lender's counsel for national commercial and multifamily lenders, he developed extensive experience in real estate negotiation and documentation. Mr. deNormandie is experienced in all aspects of general and commercial transactional work including entity formation and structuring transactions to accommodate investors’ and promoters’ competing goals and to avoid unwelcome tax effects. Mr. deNormandie was President and a founding shareholder of Young deNormandie, P.C., a commercial law firm doing business in Seattle between 1989 and 2014, and was the managing member of deNormandie, Sidlo & Associates PLLC. Mr. deNormandie is a graduate of the University of Houston School of Law and remains an active member of the Washington State Bar Association.
